Who pays customs and import duties?
Not you, the buyer. The cross-border party — the seller, jet merchant or transporter — handles customs clearance as part of bringing your goods across, and it’s reflected in the price you agree to up front. You get one all-in price and no surprises at the door. Kadosef is never the importer of record.
How do I know I can trust a seller?
Every seller is hand-picked and vetted by the Kadosef team before they can operate — we endorse them. They carry public reviews from real deliveries, and their guarantee badge lets them handle deposits safely.
What are a seller, a jet merchant and a transporter?
A seller is a vetted professional who sources and sells across borders, can take deposits, and can vet jet merchants. A jet merchant is an occasional traveler who sources and sells on trips they’re already taking, backed by a vetting seller — they don’t carry other people’s parcels. A transporter carries your parcels on their regular routes between countries.
What is a deposit for, and is it safe?
When you accept a seller’s quote, they may need an advance to buy your products. Vetted sellers with the guarantee badge can receive it safely — whether it’s for their own storefront and sourcing, or for a jet merchant in their network. It protects the seller from no-shows and protects you, because you’re paying someone Kadosef has vetted and endorsed, not a stranger.
How does escrow between a buyer and a jet merchant work?
The jet merchant’s vetting seller holds the buyer’s payment. Once the order is delivered and both sides confirm, the seller releases the money to the jet merchant, minus a small fee. Neither side has to trust a stranger with their money.
How does the transporter get paid?
Transporters set their own rates, usually per kilo and per route; the price is agreed before pickup and paid at collection or delivery. For a bought order, you pay the agreed all-in quote. Payment is by cash, mandat, Flouci or D17 — whatever the business accepts.
What if my order or parcel never arrives?
Everything is tracked stop by stop, from the QR handover to delivery, so you always know where it is. For jet-merchant orders, the buyer’s money sits safely with the vetting seller until delivery is confirmed. If something goes wrong, open a support conversation in the app — the Kadosef team works with both sides. Public reviews also help you choose reliable partners from the start.
I’m a seller — can transporters carry my deliveries?
Yes. Search transporters whose routes match your operating countries and hand them the legs you don’t want to drive yourself — with the same QR handover and tracking.
I’m a jet merchant — how do I become a seller?
Build trust and public reviews under the seller who vetted you. Once you’ve earned enough of a track record, ask the Kadosef team to upgrade you to a full seller with your own network.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We collect only what the service needs to work, and we do not sell your personal data. Our Privacy Policy details what is collected, why, and your rights — access, correction, deletion and export.
When will the apps be available?
